Need a lesson? OEX Kearny Mesa also offers beginner kayak classes for those who want to learn the basics of paddling, or for those who just want to hone their paddling skills. The class starts with a seminar on the basics of paddling and finishes on the water. Paddlers will also learn how to self-rescue, so be prepared to get wet!
